"With Chile in My Bones"" (On-Going). (December 20, 2021 - May 20, 2022) (Spring 2022-Fall 2022)

Short animation based on a Pablo Neruda's poem XXXI from the "Book of Questions."

"Who can I ask?
What did I come to do in this world?
Why do I move unintentionally?
Why can't I be still?
Why am I rolling without wheels,
Flying without wings or feathers?
And what gave me to transmigrate
If my bones live in Chile?

Animation currently in development using traditional media, and digital effects. Cell based animation using drawings frame by frame, executed with color pencils and Neural filters in Photoshop.

Animation story based on the Pablo’s Neruda poem, and Oscar Castro founder of the Aleph Théâtre in Paris, and main actor of “El Postino”, film based on Antonio Skarmeta book, about the time Neruda lived in his house of Isla Negra, Chile.
